Your Heart Can Take You To The Moon

Every night before you sleep—release.

Let go of energy ties, detach from the weight of the day, and float in your own circle, untouched for a moment.

Breathe in the silence. Rest well.

And when you wake, begin again.

Send love to the places that are hurting.

Your skin, your thoughts, your muscles, your nerves, your joints.

Your scars. Your bones. Your back, chest, head, and feet.

Your loved ones. Your neighbours. The land. The seas.

Heal all over.

Over and over again.

Free yourself from what keeps you uneasy.

"Behind all seen things lies something vaster; everything is but a path, a portal, or a window, opening on something other than itself." – Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

The easiest person to be is yourself—yet even that can be difficult to navigate.

The waters get rough. The storms rise. Your boat may capsize.

You may be strung out, hungry, and thirsty, but beneath it all, deep in the heart—there you are, waiting to be found again.

To know yourself is to explore what disturbs your peace.

What blocks your light.

To face the shadows, so you can step fully into your radiance—into what makes you feel alive.

To accept your own healing and never allow your fire to go out.

Remind yourself:

My heart can take me to the moon.

My mind can take me to the deepest roots of the oldest tree.

Instead of fear, I choose faith.

Instead of pain, I choose knowledge.

Instead of anger, I choose understanding.

Instead of victimhood, I choose the warrior’s path.

Instead of instant gratification, I choose long-term happiness.

Nourish your soul by listening to what it wants.

A deep sleep can be just as restorative as a long walk.

The moment you give yourself permission to heal, everything begins to shift.

Not when you feel ready. Not when the year ends. Not when spring begins.

Healing is constant.

There is always an opportunity to surrender, to listen—even amidst movement, even amidst change.

Even in sleep, we are at work with ourselves.

Your love will return.

You will come home to yourself.

Your energy is magnetic.

Feel every laugh. Allow every tear.

This is what it means to live.

Sometimes, healing requires raising yourself again.

Unwinding. Relearning.

Recognising that you are not under attack. That nobody is intentionally trying to hurt you.

It is only the weight of conditioned patterns, old fears echoing forward.

Sometimes, we long for summer all year round, hoping to outrun the harshness of winter.

But to understand truth, we must know all seasons.

Destruction is part of creation. One cannot exist without the other.

If you feel like you are falling apart, remember this:

Peace is not found in never experiencing chaos.

It is found in knowing that even when chaos surrounds you, you can still cultivate peace within you.

Unlock the mind. Then the heart. Then the soul.

Visualise it. Feel them interlace.

Breathe into your body.

It takes time.

It takes forgiveness.

Be patient.

Be gentle.

You can overcome.
